While I was at a home inspection in Medina, Ohio today I came across an all to familiar issues on the outside of a home that we as home inspectors see a lot.
It is an issue with downspouts and gutters being clogged and/or not properly maintained. This can lead to major moisture intrusion issues if not properly fixed. I hope you enjoy this little Home inspection rant and hopefully this helps someone not be hurt financially by water intrusion issues.
